Characteristics

   It usually gets up to about 800 degrees in the day and -300 at night. Mercury has no moons, but some once believed that it had one moon. Mercury has the most craters than any other planet. These craters are cause by asteroids crashing into the planet. Mercury is also very dry, and very hot. The planet is so small that the gravity doesnt hold any atmosphere. Mercury also has no rings around it.
